Isabelle Knapp

Isabelle is thrilled to be starting her 4th year at the nursery school in Classroom 1! Isabelle is currently pursuing her Masters in Early Childhood General and Special Education from Hunter College and graduated cum laude from Barnard College, where she earned a degree in psychology and French. At Barnard, Isabelle worked as a student teacher in the Barnard College Center for Toddler Development, where she discovered her passion for working with young children. Isabelle has also worked at the JCC as a Unit Head for 4 and 5-year-olds at Camp Settoga and as a lead teacher in our Turning 2s summer program. Isabelle strongly believes that each child should have the individual support that they need to learn and grow. She is excited to bring her passion for education and working with children to the nursery school community.
