Emily Hamburger, associate teacher, joined the JCC community in 2016. Emily graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University, with a master’s degree in early childhood education. During her time at Teachers College, Emily served as a student teacher in public kindergarten and pre-K classrooms, and a private 2s classroom. Prior to Teachers College, Emily studied arts and education at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she also served as the Hillel president for two years and the Jewish education chair for two years. Emily brings to the classroom a passion for theatre and arts education and the requisite spontaneity and collaboration that those entail.
